This paper will present a diet analysis. It will analyze the intake of carbohydrate and energy balance, consumption of alcohol, and sodium. It will also look into the benefits from the diet and set goals for the improvement of the diet.Calorie Intake & Energy BalanceMy average daily intake of energy for the three days is 2344 against the recommended 2115 for a person of my age, gender and level of activity. There is a discrepancy between my level of intake and the recommended intake which could be caused by the measurement and assessment patterns in the period of diet intake. It is common that the food we eat may contain different amount of energy against the measured standard. However the discrepancy is between the recommended deviations of 100 kilo calories.My BMI is within the normal range and therefore I would not be willing to win college scholarships for high school seniors lose or gain weight. However if I have to lose weight, I would be looking for a negative energy balance which means I would work to excrete more than I consumer. If I am looking at gaining weight, I would be looking for a positive energy balance which means I would take more energy than I lose. My current intake is above the recommended intake and therefore I am gaining weight. This is because I am having a positive energy balance.Alcohol ConsumptionAlcohol consumption can be beneficial or harmful to the body. Like other nutrients, alcohol undergoes a normal digestion process. However it is mainly metabolized in the liver and an excessive intake taxes the liver in the metabolism process. Consumption of alcohol has also been linked to other problem like shrinking of brain and fertilityModerate drinking is a construction of safe drinking.

Plagiarism is a deliberate action by a writer to intentionally copy word to word of another person’s ideas or piece of work. Plagiarism is avoided at all cost so that the writing may be original. There are soft wares that are used to test the level of plagiarism. An original peace of writing should have a zero level of plagiarism. Plagiarism is thus wrong and immoral. Plagiarism is termed immoral because it is a stealing of another person’s work of writing and ideas.As accustom writing company the writer should minimize the level of plagiarism. When writing college essays the writer should ensure that the content of the essays has zero plagiarism. When writing the title of college essays the writer should ensure that the title is original. The writer can only have an original title if he does research on it scholarships for high school juniors and comes up with a topic that is free from plagiarism. There are four types of plagiarisms when writing college essays. When the writer duplicates the writings on the college essays without making quotation marks within the text or giving an accurate reference at the end of the college essays or footnotes. The writer if essays could have plagiarism as a result of writing the footnotes and references of a duplicated phrase but fails to put quotation marks on surrounding the text in the college essays. The other way that a writer could be involved in plagiarism when writing college essays is when the writer uses the idea of an author without accurate references on the source or the footnotes. When writing the essays the writer should use his own words to express a point thus minimizing the level of plagiarism.
